System integration and test. - Perform system verification testing. - Review and revise specifications and elements. - Perform system Validation testing. System Reliability: Mission critical reliability tests and analysis. - Worst case analysis (WCA). - Parts stress analysis (PSA). - Failure modes, effects, and criticality analysis (FMECA). Quality system development and management. - MTTR analysis. - MTBF analysis. Process development - Process baseline - Process capability development (Cpk). - Six Sigma implementation. - ISO 9000-2000 requirements - Quality systems audits. Defect management. - Defect per million operation (DPMO). - Defect reduction and prevention. - Problem Definition and Resolution. - MRB management.
